VERSA Studios End of Summer Party

VERSA Studios opened their doors for the second in their Thursday event series – a special night bringing together the TV, Film and Production community to mark the end of Summer 2023 and show off their 20,000ft of production facilities in style.

The event saw clients and collaborators tour VERSA Studios world-class facilities whilst enjoying an evening of food, drink and experiential attractions designed to showcase the Studio’s capabilities to friends old and new.

The party featured a basketball competition, full creative event lighting by 808Create, laser displays by Strictly FX, hoist set up from De Sisti, digital screens from VSS, and the VERSA Studios branded Defender lit and rigged with cameras from Gravity Media.

ITV - The Long Shadow

VERSA Leeds Studios was proud to provide production facilities to support ITV’s 7-part series The Long Shadow, filmed extensively across Yorkshire in 2022.

Featuring a stellar cast including Toby Jones and directed by Lewis Arnold, this powerful series delves into the shortcomings of the investigation into the murderer Peter Sutcliffe who plagued northern England in the late 1970s, while also illuminating the stories of his victims.
