VERSA Studios was founded in 2022 to deliver modern production infrastructure for a rapidly evolving screen industry.

The business began with the transformation of Manchester’s historic Granada Studios site — one of the most significant locations in British broadcasting — into a revitalised, future-ready production campus designed for the next generation of film and television production.

From there, VERSA Studios expanded into Leeds and London, creating a growing network of facilities built to support high-end television, film, entertainment, and live productions across multiple regions of the UK.

As the business evolved, so did the wider vision. Today, VERSA Studios forms part of VERSA Media Group — a broader integrated production ecosystem combining studios, production services, virtual production, motion capture, and partner facilities into one connected national platform.
