BBC Studios Kids & Family Productions Bring Virtual Production To CBeebies For First Time With VERSA Manchester Studios

BBC Studios Kids & Family Productions worked closely with VERSA Studios, who partnered with Virtual Production specialists Immersion Science, to design and deliver the Virtual Production for The Great Ice Cream Hunt — bringing the technology to CBeebies for the very first time. This new musical adventure, filmed at VERSA Studios in Manchester, blends the craft of traditional physical filmmaking with digital environments to create an imaginative and fully immersive storybook world.
